To get started, we charge a $700 reservation fee. With your reservation, you’ll be getting a spot in line to build an Ayfraym.

In addition, our team will perform a feasibility analysis on your project to ensure you can build and that there are no unforeseen issues or unexpected costs before you begin. We also include a set of starter plans for you to markup for any desired customizations, and to get familiar with all of the dimensions of each room in detail.
