First things first… we’re NOT a kit company. Even though we send materials to the construction site, we are not a kit company with pre-cut materials. We find that most good builders, want to build as much from scratch as possible.
With a Managed Build, our team will work with you from start to finish to ensure the success of your project. The Managed Build option is for those that don’t have the time to spend finding a Builder and going through the entire process. Our team will ensure you have the proper plans in place, will work with Civil and Structural Engineering Teams, Municipalities on the permitting side and a vetted Builder that will get your home built right.
