*NOTE* You should not move forward with customizations if you have not first had a Site Analysis performed and you’ve confirmed your new home can be built on your lot without issue.

Whether you need to add more square footage or bath tub, we can help you out! We’ve created a flat-fee for any and all customizations you can dream of. We start with our standard 3D model of the home you want, and then tweak it to get it exactly how you can dream it. Or if there are specific adjustments we need to make according to your HOA or municipality, we can make those changes as well.
Any revisions to the initial customizations will be invoiced at $3/SF or $95 per item for non-square-footage changes.
Deliverables: PDF & CAD files will be provided upon completion of the customizations.
