The Factory Built Process
Currently, we offer two solutions to getting a home factory built: 1. Pickup at the factory and 2. Delivery + install. Learn more about these options below:
Factory pick-up
Your home will be constructed for you in a factory setting, leaving you with the flexibility to handle all permitting and installation details independently . Once construction is complete we will coordinate a pick-up time for your home to picked up directly from the factory.
01 Feasibility Analysis
Our team will analyze your parcel and local code requirements to ensure compatibility with your factory-built Everywhere Home.
Timeframe: 1-2 weeks
02 Site Planning
Once we’re given the green light on feasibility, we’ll work with you to plan the location, utilities, and logistics to move the project forward.
Timeframe: 1.5 – 3 months
03 Permitting
We’ll provide all the necessary documents for your municipality in order to obtain a permit for construction.
Timeframe: 3 – 6 months
04 Framing
Once any necessary permitting has been obtained, we will begin framing out your unit using light gauge steel in the factory.
Timeframe: 3 – 4 weeks
05 Finishing
Upon completion of the unit, we’ll send you pics or face time with you for confirmation and approval before wrapping everything up.
Timeframe: 2 – 3 months
06 Pickup
Once the unit is fully complete, we’ll work with you to coordinate the logistics for delivery and installation on your parcel.
Timeframe: 3 – 5 days
Turnkey | Delivery + Install
We offer a comprehensive turnkey service encompassing everything from initial planning to post-installation. This includes the construction of the unit, the establishment of the foundation, utility connections, and the seamless coordination of crane logistics for a successful installation.

06 Finishing
Upon completion of the framed unit, we’ll send you pics or face time with you for confirmation and approval before wrapping everything up.
Timeframe: 2 – 3 months
07 Delivery & Install
Our team of experts is dedicated to ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience, carefully handling your unit throughout it’s journey. Once the precise crane placement is completed, we initiate post-installation procedures.
Timeframe: 5 – 7 days
08 Post Installation
Upon the installation of the unit, we conduct a comprehensive inspection for warranty-related tasks, establish connections for all utilities such as water, plumbing, and electrical systems and prep the unit for the certificate of occupancy inspection.
Timeframe: 2 – 3 months
