Want to add a new bedroom? A basement? Take away or add new windows? Our team can help! We charge $3 per square foot of new changes, or a minimum of $95 per item changed & an overall project minimum of $995. Changes to electrical (MEP) are an added $495 and any changes to cabinetry is an added $995. Check out the steps below to get started:

1. Fill out the form through the link that will be sent through the receipt of this purchase.
2. We’ll take payment for any additional modifications that fall outside the scope of the initial $995.
3. Our team will perform the modifications
4. You receive your new plans, which will be ready for engineering!
