Transportable Shelter

Because we can deliver our materials inside of shipping containers globally, it provides the following advantages over traditional methods of construction:
  • Reduces waste significantly
  • Saves time on planning, while sourcing materials & during the construction
  • Gives materials a weather tight barrier storage
  • Increases affordability

Powered by the Sun

The facility where we are cut, prep and organize all of our materials utilizes 4.5 acres of solar panels installed on the roof.

The solar design includes 2,676 solar modules. These modules will generate 642.2kW. That’s the equivalent of:

  • The Carbon sequestered annually by 501 acres of U.S. forests
  • CO2 emissions from the electricity of over 100 homes
  • Annual greenhouse gas emissions from 127 passenger vehicles per year
  • CO2 emissions from 68,568 gallons of gasoline consumed
  • Greenhouse gas emissions avoided by recycling 229 Tons of waste

Sustainable Forestry Practices

On the lumber side we believe in sustainable forestry and using materials and supplier partners that adhere to our values
  • All wood that is sourced is legally harvested and documented with rigorous contracts
  • 100% of the wood procurement for our materials through our supplier is verified annually by a third-party to meet the requirements of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® Fiber Sourcing Standard
  • We utilize engineered wood products for specific applications which is more environmentally conscious.
  • Our engineered wood products (EWP) are made using wood fiber with roughly half the amount of wood compared to dimensional lumber. In addition to using natural raw materials more efficiently, the manufacturing process results in stronger products that perform better. We are committed to using 100% of the wood brought into our facility to keep waste from going to landfills. Beyond the raw material used in manufacturing our
  • Engineered wood, plywood and lumber products, we use the bark to heat our dryers, and anything remaining is sold to produce particleboard or paper products.
