Whether you’re looking to add a bathtub or extend the square footage, we have you covered!
A flat service fee of $1,995 allows you to customize any of our home models. The turnaround time is about 1-3 weeks depending on the amount of customizations. Once your customizations are complete, we send you PDF drawings of the updates which includes all dimensions, section views, elevations and isometric views.
To obtain the CAD and Revit files, you can purchase a Single-use License.
